Create in-app Triage Notification Rule

How to create an in-app triage notification rule

When you create a Triage, click on the edit icon of the created triage, after that, a pop-up of the edit triage will open

Now you will be able to see on the edit triage pop-up, the Notification Rule tab on the right side of the pop-up

Click on the Notification rule tab

Now the Notification rule tab will open

On the Notification rule tab, the “Add Notification Rule” button will show

Click on add notification rule button

On clicking the “Add Notification rule” button, Repeat every field, Repeat no. field, In-app notification, Email Notification check box will show

Fill in all the fields and click on the check box which you want to select and click on the save icon

On clicking the save icon, the Notification rule will be saved and also you can create multiple notifications by clicking the “Add Notification Rule” button.

How to create an email triage notification rule

After you create a Triage, click on the edit icon of the created triage, and a pop-up of the edit triage will open

Now you will be able to see on the edit triage pop-up, the Notification Rule tab on the right side of the pop-up

Click on the Email Notifications checkbox and the rest of the field

On clicking the save icon, an email notification will be created for that triage.

After you create a Triage, click on the edit icon of the created triage, and a pop-up of the edit triage will open

Now you will be able to see on the edit triage pop-up, the Notification Rule tab on the right side of the pop-up

Now you will see the created field, click on any field and edit whatever you want to edit

Delete a Notification Rule

How to delete a notification rule

After you create a Triage, click on the edit icon of the created triage, and a pop-up of the edit triage will open
Now you will be able to see on the edit triage pop-up, the Notification Rule tab on the right side of the pop-up

Click on the notification tab

Check for the relevant notification rule required to be deleted

When you will create a notification the delete button will show on its right-hand side

Click on the delete button

On clicking the trash button the triage will delete

A delete button will be given on each particular notification, so if you want to delete one notification, you can.
