Currently we provide specific data downloads for import into other systems. In the future we are planning to build APIs for advanced applications like MyHelpa. Let’s talk to get an idea of what data download works best with the MyHelpa products and other software you use.

How does the monthly subscription payment work?

You can purchase subscription plans with a monthly contract. To get started, contact us and purchase MyHelpa directly from a free trial. All subscriptions are generally paid monthly in advance.

How long are your contracts?

Most MyHelpa products are annual rolling contracts with just 1 month notice period, but we also offer monthly or multi year payment options. Chat with us to discuss payment and billing options for your products.

Can I upgrade at any time? Can I add more plans or features later on?

You can add products or upgrade at any time. Our pricing works by charging for ‘Active Clients’ only. So you only pay for how many clients are active in the system each month. Contact us and let’s arrange a time to talk and see what works best for your business.
